What are the main advantages of ZWCAD?

Yes, ZWCAD has more than 80 functions in Express Tools which are similar to AutoCAD® ,and some of them are ZWCAD unique features. It contains additional utilities such as revision clouds, text edits, dimstyle export and layer manager, etc. All of them help engineers work more efficiently.
Does ZWCAD offer localization version?
Yes. ZWCAD has more than 180,000 customers in about 80 different countries. The ZWCAD trial version offers 30 days evaluation of all functions in ZWCAD. During the first 30 days, there are no limitations.
What are the differences between ZWCAD Standard Version and ZWCAD Professional Version?
ZWCAD Standard version provides the powerful functions for 2D drafting. In addition to common functions, it also includes the express tools, customization settings, LISP and SDS (equivalent to ADS). With all the features that ZWCAD Standard version has, the Professional version also offers a simple 3D solid modeling environment (3D ACIS), rendering function and the Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) development environment.
Which Operation Systems do ZWCAD support?
ZWCAD is able to run under “Windows XP / Windows 2003 / Windows Vista/ Windows 7” systems. However, ZWCAD doesn’t support the Linux, Mac OS for the time being.
How to install ZWCAD Dongle Driver? Dongle driver has been installed automatically when you install ZWCAD. However, if there are some mistakes and it is unable to find dongle formally, you can install driver manually in the following ways: Click the start menu of Windows, click all Programs (or Programs) → ZWCAD 2010 Professional (or Standard) → click ZWCAD Dongle Driver → Repair → select the proper Dongle driver type to install. Then you can detect the Dongle and input the License code to register successfully.
What is the difference between ZWCAD Stand-Alone version and Network version? It is only the different way to get authorization to distribute or manage license. For the end user, there is no difference because the functions are the same. Stand-Alone version requires dongle for every license to plug in every computer. And ZWCAD can get the authorization from this dongle when it is running. Network version provides only one dongle for plugging into the server. And there is a Console in the server to manage licenses where all the workstations ask for authorization. Workstations can get authorization once there is any free license, so it ensures that licenses can be best utilized.
How to get the version number? ZWCAD uses a date number like “2009.05.12”to distinguish the different versions. You can get this number by Vernum command to check your current version.
